Contract IT Support, also referred to as a service agreement, binds our company to service your technical needs. This gives your company premium technical support, at a fixed monthly rate. There are no surprises or hidden cost involved; an added benefit of this is you know how much to budget. It is like having your own part time “computer geek.” The contract covers the configurations and software on workstations, servers, network devices, and printers. You also get two monthly visits so a technician can do a general inspection, update system and anti-virus files and run preventive maintenance. The best part of the deal is in the unlikely event that you do have an outage; emergency coverage is done at no cost to you. If you add or remove devices the monthly charge can be adjusted. In
the event of hardware failure the labor is covered, however parts cost
is not.
