What is a Maintenance Contract?
Simply put a Maintenance Contract is an insurance policy for your network and computers.

How does it work?
It’s very easy, we schedule two visits a month to run preventive maintenance, do a general inspection, update system and anti-virus files. We can even do data backups for you. We are so confident that we can keep your systems running that we provide you with emergency calls at no cost.

Do I need a Maintenance Contract?
Well that depends. Does your company rely on computers and networking for its operation? If you answered yes then, yes you need one. If you do not rely on computers then no you should only call us when you need us.

Can I afford this?
Yes you can. The cost is minimal if you consider what you get in return. Often the cost of the monthly contract is less then one emergency call.

My computers are new. What can you offer me?
Well this is a tricky question. Just because they are new doesn’t mean they wont have problems. However if we do the installation and network setup we can often offer a discount.

So how much does this cost?
It depends on your particular setup, on average you can expect to pay about $50 per computer monthly.

What is an outage?
An outage is a mission critical server down hard or more than one workstation down hard.

Ok so what is down hard?
Down hard is 100% unusable

What if we are not down hard but we need you right away?
All you need to do is call us and we will send out a tech as soon as possible.
